Shipping Policy

Most of our products are processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. Custom orders that require design time ship within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Customers can check announcement bar for notifications is processing times are delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during peak seasons. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER & Returned Orders

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us. Customers will be contacted to discuss options. If packages are returned due to incorrect address, customers are responsible for purchasing new shipping label before item can be reshipped.

Lost or stolen packages

Hamline Row is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities if you suspect theft. Reach out to us to let us know of the issue and we will do our best to help locate the item.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsibe for return shipping costs and must provide tracking information with 7 days of initiating return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Ineligible items to return

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for gift cards, clearance/final sale items,  or used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@hamlinrow.com.
